Local paramedics have responded to two calls for help within a couple of hours following mishaps with fireworks.
A man, in his 20s, was injured at Kinkuna just before 8pm Friday at a location off Dune Road.
He suffered facial injuries.

Almost two hours later crews were called to a Bundaberg East address for a similar incident.
A male received facial injuries and burns during a separate fireworks accident.
Both people were transported to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
