A 19-year-old Welcome Creek woman has died following a crash in Maryborough on Sunday.
Initial investigations indicate a white Ford Falcon sedan was travelling along Albert Street around 8.45am when it struck a power pole.
The male driver fled the scene on foot.

The passenger, the 19-year-old woman, sustained serious head injuries and was taken to hospital.
She passed away in hospital on Monday.
Police are appealing for the driver to come forward and contact police, while the Forensic Crash Unit is calling for witnesses or those with dashcam vision of the crash to get in touch.
