A 51-year-old Bundaberg Central man is facing one count each of arson and wilful damage.
It’s in relation to a suspicious fire on Monday, March 24 which destroyed a townhouse and left four others with smoke damage.
About 20 residents were forced to evacuate from the Water Street complex but thankfully nobody was injured.

The man has faced Bundaberg Magistrates Court and the matter has been adjourned until May.
