Police investigating a hit and run traffic crash that occurred at Bargara earlier this month, October 1, continue to appeal for public assistance.
Investigations suggest at around 8.45am a cyclist was sideswiped by a trailer being towed by a vehicle travelling westbound on Bargara Road between Potters Road and Carl Rehbein Avenue.
The 65-year-old cyclist suffered multiple injuries and was transported to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
Investigators have released an image (above) of a vehicle towing a boat which was in the general area around the time of the incident and are asking the driver to contact them.
Police continue to appeal to motorists with relevant dashcam footage, or anyone with information in relation to the above vehicle, to contact them.
